Cajun Salmon


  • 1 Salmon Fillet
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of MyHappyCajun
  • Double the olive oil and MyHappyCajun for additional fillets


  • Preheat the stove for 10 minutes at a medium heat
  • Rub a little olive oil over each salmon fillet
  • Add MyHappyCajun to the salmon and marinate in the fridge for 5 minutes
  • Cook the salmon gently for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally

Serve with a selection of steamed vegetables and baby potatoes and nice red wine of your choice

Garlic Cajun Shrimp


  • 2 dozen raw Shrimp - Medium size
  • 1/2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Mix 1/2 tbsp of Happy Garlic and 1/2 tbsp of MyHappyCajun together


  • Preheat the stove over Medium Heat
  • Sprinkle the shrimp with the blended seasonings
  • Toss in a skillet and cook for 5-10 minutes till the shrimp is cooked fully. Turn the shrimp over half way through cooking to cook both sides

Serve with some sauteed/grilled asparagus and pair it with a nice
