Dips 


Add any seasoning to make a dip for an appetizer. Serve with vegetables. Really good with Happy Garlic, Habanero Fiesta, Rico's Chipotle, MyHappyCajun and more. 


Ingredients 

  • 1 Tbsp Seasoning
  • 1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Cup of Mayo


Directions

  • Mix Well and put in fridge for 1 hour before serving.  If you can make the night before the flavors will pop even more.  

Marinades and Dressings


Guido Dip Appetizer

Ingredients

  • Guido Seasoning 
  • Olive Oil
  • French or Italian Bread


Directions

Mix 2 tbsp of Guido or Guido Jr Seasoning to 4 tbsp of Olive Oil of your choice.

Mix well, then place in the microwave for 30 seconds. It will warm the olive oil and allow the seasoning to open flavoring the seasonings with the oil.  Cut up the bread and serve as an appetizer. 


Marinades

Ingredients

  • Any MyHappyPalate Seasoning
  • Olive Oil
  • White Wine Vinegar
  • Meat of choice


Directions

Any Mild or Spicy seasoning blends can be made into a marinade. Simply mix 2-4 tbsp of seasoning, 1 tbsp of white whine vinegar to 1-2 tbsp of olive oil. Mix well. Drizzle over your meat and place in the fridge for 1 hour before placing on the grill. 


Fries or Roast Red Potatoes


Ingredients 

  • French Fries or Red Potatoes
  • Happy Garlic or Rosemary Garlic Seasoning


Directions

  • Fries:
    • Cook the French Fries in a deep fryer or skillet till golden brown
    • Remove fries from fryer / skillet
    • Place paper towels on a bowl or plate (not plastic)
    • Once fries are cooked to a golden brown, drain them and place on the paper towel
    • Sprinkle Rosemary Garlic seasoning over the fries
  • Red Potatoes
    • Put the potatoes in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water by 2 inches.
    • Salt the water generously. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
    • Drain and put the potatoes in a serving bowl.


Option: Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese for an extra touch of flavor
